How to get 95%+ in Class 12th Commerce?
Getting 95%+ in Class 12 Commerce is not very difficult as students think, though it is not that easy as well. To get 95%+, you need to have complete knowledge about the subject.
There are mainly 5 or 6 subjects in Commerce that is Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, English, Computer/Maths, Physical Education.
I have scored 97% in my class 12th. Therefore I can explain you in detail on How to get 95% plus in Class 12th Commerce.
So, let's discuss the strategy for all the subjects in detail.
Subjects in Class 12th Commerce and strategies to get 95%+
1. Accountancy
For Commerce students, accountancy is considered as the difficult subject for them. As Accountancy is a practical based subject, To score 95+ in accountancy, you need to practice it daily and have a proper fundamental knowledge. You should fully solve TS Grewal and DK Goel. And Previous year question paper is very important to get 95+ in accountancy. You should make proper notebook to solve all numericals problems with correct formate. If you face any difficulty in accounts then, you should first give time to clear your concept because concept is power. Then, you are 95% done and rest 5% depend on your luck because any questions can come from anywhere in accountancy.
2. Business Studies
For Business Studies, the best book is Poonam Ghandhi. Business Studies is fully theory based so, it's necessary to read it thrice in a week. If you want to get 95+, you should read all chapters thoroughly. It's not necessary to make notes in Business Studies as you can get all information in references in well defined manner. If you want to get a perfect 100, you should revise whole chapters 5 to 6 times and Previous Year papers. You should solve case studies as many as possible because case study is little bit tricky and it's difficult to know from which chapter it is. Therefore, it is always recommended to solve case studies as much as possible, so that it will be easier for you to solve in examination. The question paper is of 100 marks out of which 80 marks is written based and the rest 20 marks is practical which is internally given by the school. So, don't worry for practical and the written exam fully depends on you.
3. Economics
Economics is little easier than other subjects. There are two books in class 12 that is Macro Economics and Indian Economy. Sandeep Garg of Economics is best book for class 12. Macro Economics is theory as well as numerical based subject. You can easily score in Macro Economics. If you are a maths student then, numericals of Macro Economics is very easier for you. Indian Economy is fully theory based subject, you need to cram it as much as possible. To get 95+ or a perfect 100, you need to read it twice in a week. Previous year paper is also very important. Last 4-5 previous year paper is sufficient to get 95+. The question paper is of 100 marks out of which 80 marks is written based and the rest 20 marks is practical which is internally given by the school. So, don't worry for practical and the written exam fully depends on you.
4. Maths
For Commerce students maths is the hardest subject for them. For Maths NCERT is sufficient for Commerce students. To get 95+ in Mathematics, you need to practice whole chapters for 4-5 times. Many questions always come from Miscellaneous excercise of the chapters. RD Sharma or any other references is not required, NCERT and NCERT Exampler are more than enough. Medium level questions are asked in the examination. So, it's only necessary to revise all the chapter atleast 4-5 times. 5. English
There are two books in English one is Flamingo and the other is Vistas. Any reference books are not required but if you want then you can go for All in one, as it is best book for Class 12 English. To get 95+ in English, you need to read all the chapters line by line because questions could be asked from anywhere. You will not face any problem in Literature section. For writing section, practice all the writings with exact format as many as possible because you will loose marks in writing section only. Reading section is very easy but if the question is little bit difficult then, it will only consume your valuable time. So, you need to practice only 10-15 questions from all in one ( if available) or from Google. The question paper is of 100 marks out of which 80 marks is written based and the rest 20 marks is practical which is internally given by the school. 6. Physical Education
Physical Education is the easiest subject in Class 12 for everyone. The best book for Physical Education is of Saraswati publication. You don't need any other books. You can easily score 95+ in physical education just by studying 10 days before your exam. But you should read all the chapters line by line and try to remember in points only. The paper of physical education is of 100 marks out of which 70 marks is for theory and other 30 marks is for practical. Physical education will help you to increase your percentage. So, try to score high marks in physical education.
7.Computer Science
Computer Science is also the easiest subject as compared to other subjects. CS is actually a marks gaining subject but you need to enjoy programming and be logically strong. You should clear all your concepts to get 95+ in computer science. The paper is of 100 marks out of which 70 marks is for theory and other 30 marks if for practical. You can easily get full marks in practical as it is internally given by the school and the rest 70 marks depends on you. So, no need to worry for practical.
Getting 95%+ is not the easy task you really need to work hard with full of dedication.
